Regular Referral Bonus Program - The Process:

Carefully provide all required details for your referral.
Our dedicated recruiters will initiate an initial screening and, if successful, schedule a Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager.
Upon your referral's successful hiring, you'll receive the first half of the referral bonus after their first 90 days.
The remaining half will be yours after an additional 90 days of their dedicated service.
Please note, each referral is unique; if two people refer the same candidate, only the initial application will be considered.

Referrals are open to all, provided they meet the following criteria:
The therapist referred should not currently be part of Infinite Services.
The referred therapist must possess qualifications suitable for hard-to-fill positions and be open to serving in our challenging-to-cover Home Care areas.
Referrals must be made within 180 days (equivalent to six months) from the initial job opening date.
Positions deemed hard to fill will be determined by our discerning Hiring Manager, with announcements made every first week of the month through Infinite Services' social media channels and email updates.
